About the Role
As a Travel Maintenance Specialist for TQL, you will be responsible for all preventive and corrective maintenance for our 60 offices nationwide. As part of the travel team, you will spend 80% of your time traveling nationwide to our satellite offices while supporting our local offices in any down periods. You will help spearhead all the office needs, including maintenance setup, tear-down, and installations.

What Youll Be Doing
- Traveling up to 80% of the time to manage the maintenance for multiple offices, including electrical, plumbing, workstations, office furniture, carpentry, and painting
- Helping oversee vendors and contractors when needed
- Identifying and recommending office and facility repairs
- Transporting equipment between offices
- Assisting the IT department in installation and tear-down of IT systems
Requirements
1 year of general maintenance, electrical, or carpentry experience
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Working knowledge of using hand and power tools
Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion
Excellent communication skills
