Join a leading healthcare provider as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Long Term Care (LTC/SNF) at an Assisted Living facility in Albion, Nebraska. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents while working in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in an Assisted Living setting.
• Manage patient care for individuals with various diagnoses including dementia, diabetes, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
• Participate in location-specific orientation and training.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in Nebraska.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Assisted Living preferred.
• Ability to work nights, including every other weekend and holiday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• IV certification required for LPNs.

This position features a 1:22 nurse-to-patient ratio, allowing for focused and attentive care. The average shift is 12 hours, with some shifts being 10 hours. Orientation consists of 1-2 shifts to ensure you are well-prepared to provide exceptional care.
