Registered Nurse (RN) – Post Acute / Long-Term Care

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment at a 128-bed post-acute facility. The RN will provide nursing care to patients with a variety of diagnoses in a PointClickCare (PCC) electronic medical record environment.

Schedule

• Shift: Days
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
• Overtime: Available
• Start Date: ASAP

Requirements

• Current RN license; license must be available for submission.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN not required.
• Previous post-acute, skilled nursing, long-term care, or comparable nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-acuity/high-volume patient assignment.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, documentation, and care coordination skills.
• Ability to work the required weekend and holiday rotation.
