- Shift Time: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

- Orientation: 24 hours
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,710 - $1,800
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
- Prior skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience required
- PointClickCare experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience caring for geriatric patients and completing low-acuity medication pass routines
- Ability to work independently on night shift while collaborating with CNAs and the on-call team
- Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting
- Perform nursing assessments, medication administration, and ongoing resident monitoring
- Support residents with common skilled nursing needs such as wound care, diabetes management, catheter care, and feeding tube support
- Document accurately in PointClickCare and communicate care updates using SBAR
- Monitor for changes in condition and respond appropriately to resident needs
- Work closely with CNAs and the interdisciplinary care team to promote quality care and resident safety
- Follow infection control, fall prevention, and resident safety best practices
- Help maintain smooth night-shift workflow, including med pass periods and routine checks
