Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LVN/LPN to provide quality patient care in a healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will work closely with the healthcare team to deliver safe and effective nursing care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with daily patient care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Follow facility policies and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Active LVN/LPN License.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Previous clinical or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work day, evening, or night shifts as needed.
