Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and healthcare providers

• Monitor resident health and respond to changes promptly

• Support residents’ dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Requirements

• Current LPN license in Wisconsin (or eligible)

• Passion for elder care and long-term care nursing experience

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
