GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.
Join our team as a dedicated LTC Registered Nurse in Beaver Dam, WI, where you'll provide essential care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.
As a LTC Registered Nurse, you will work day shifts from 06:30 to 15:00, with a rotation of every other weekend and some holidays. You will be responsible for managing a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:20, with one RN per hall and a medication technician per hall. The CNA ratio is 1:8-10 on days and 1:20 on nights. You will utilize Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), AIDET principles, and conduct hourly rounding as part of your nursing duties.
To qualify for this position, you must possess a valid RN license and current BLS certification (AHA only). A minimum of one year of experience in long-term care is required.
