- Position Description: The Professional Staff Nurse is a registered nurse responsible for establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and other providers to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care. The nurse demonstrates a commitment to the community and to the nursing profession by actively participating in quality improvement efforts, applying evidence-based practice, and fostering a healing, patient-centered environment.
- Education and Knowledge Requirements: RN required; BSN preferred.
- Certifications and Licenses: Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN), Basic Life Support (BLS), PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, PA Act 73.
- Experience: 2 years of experience required.
