Long Term Care (LTC) Nurse located in West Burlington, Iowa. The role requires collaboration with the RN Manager to manage daily operations within a 160-bed facility, with a focus on patient care.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Rotating shifts with most shifts being on either Evenings (2:30 PM 11:00 PM) or Nights (10:45 PM 6:45 AM).
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); previous Epic electronic medical record system experience within the last 12 months in a long-term care setting; applicable education and licensing requirements; 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Elder care in a long-term care environment.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: The position involves working 40 hours per week with an every-other-weekend rotation, supporting elder residents in a 160-bed care facility, with resident-to-nurse ratios to be discussed during the interview.
