Job Summary
Long Term Care (LTC) Nurse located in West Burlington, Iowa. This position involves providing routine daily nursing care and other desired services to elders, based on assessments, choices, and care plans. The role requires collaboration with the RN Manager to manage daily operations within a 160-bed facility, with a focus on patient care.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Rotating shifts with most shifts being on either Evenings (2:30 PM 11:00 PM) or Nights (10:45 PM 6:45 AM).
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); previous Epic electronic medical record system experience within the last 12 months in a long-term care setting; applicable education and licensing requirements; 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Elder care in a long-term care environment.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: The position involves working 40 hours per week with an every-other-weekend rotation, supporting elder residents in a 160-bed care facility, with resident-to-nurse ratios to be discussed during the interview.
