Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Omaha, Nebraska.
13-week Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) assignment in Omaha, Nebraska, working 3x12-hour night shifts. The Respiratory Therapist will provide comprehensive respiratory care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients by assessing respiratory conditions, administering treatments, managing ventilators, and responding to respiratory emergencies. The RRT will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient care. Requirements: Active Nebraska Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
Current AHA BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Current NRP and PALS certifications preferred
Experience with invasive and non-invasive ventilator management, ABGs, and critical care
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
