Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Salinas, California.
Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week critical need assignment. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy interventions to help patients improve functional independence and safely perform activities of daily living. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to support quality outcomes. Requirements: Active Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Occupational Therapy experience required
Experience evaluating and treating patients with functional limitations required
Ability to develop and implement individualized plans of care required
Strong documentation and communication skills required
Ability to collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members required
Experience with electronic medical records preferred
