Local Travel Registered Nurse (RN) 13-Week Contract | Jamestown, North Dakota

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct and compassionate patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic medical records
- Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient conditions
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact state license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred
- Previous hospital or acute care experience highly preferred
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care
Education & Certification Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred depending on unit assignment
- Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area
