Travel Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Grand Rapids, MI

Our client is seeking an experienced Social Worker for a Rotational/Flexible shift position in Grand Rapids, MI. This Social Work role is based in the Clinical Social Worker and requires a minimum of 2 years of recent Social Worker experience.

Position Requirements

• Active MI license and/or Compact license
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent Social Work – Social Worker experience
• 2 current clinical references

Documentation Requirements

• Current resume
• Physical exam (within 12 months)
• TB skin test (within 12 months)
• Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
• Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
• Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
• Ability to pass background check and urine drug screening
