TRAVEL LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (TRAVEL LPN) | CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. SHIFT DETAILS
- Shift Time: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $36.33 - $42.38 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License in good standing
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
- PointClickCare (PCC) training/experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
- Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Assist with developing and implementing resident care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, therapists, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with infection-control procedures and safety standards
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Support a safe and therapeutic care environment

- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $36.33 - $42.38 per hour
