TRAVEL LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (TRAVEL LPN) | CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dependable and experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting. The LPN will provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.

SHIFT DETAILS
- Shift Time: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- 12.5-Hour Night Shift
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $28.92 - $33.74 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License in good standing
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or related healthcare experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Reliable attendance and strong professional references preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct nursing care and treatments to residents
- Administer medications and monitor resident responses
- Assess resident conditions and report significant changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist with development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $28.92 - $33.74 per hour
- Night-shift assignment
- 9-week travel contract opportunity
- Completion bonus requires successful completion of the assignment with no more than two call-outs and no NCNS occurrences
