Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a travel assignment in a long-term care setting in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Start date: 08/27/2026. Duration: 8 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Pay: $750–$807 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (approximately 18:00–06:30). This is a travel - temporary assignment in a LTC - Nursing Home environment managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders; document in the electronic health record
- Perform focused nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition
- Provide direct patient care, including activities of daily living, wound care, vital signs, and routine nursing tasks
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to update and implement care plans
- Maintain patient safety and infection control standards; report changes promptly to the care team
- Document accurately while protecting patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Ability to work night shift (3x12-hour schedule) and commit to an 8-week travel assignment
- Ability to pass standard health screening and background check as part of onboarding
