Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for a 13-week travel assignment in a Long Term Care nursing home setting located in Elkins, West Virginia. Start date is November 2, 2026. Weekly pay ranges from $1,102 to $1,160 with guaranteed hours of 24 per week. Shift is 3x12-hour nights (19:00–07:00). The assignment requires every-other-weekend coverage with a two-week rotation (two days the first week, four days the second week). PointClickCare experience is required. Travelers must reside within 100 miles of the facility.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans during overnight hours.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders; document accurately in PointClickCare and maintain MARs.
- Monitor resident status, respond to changes or alarms, and escalate concerns to the charge nurse as needed.
- Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and comfort measures; participate in wound care and fall-prevention activities as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the care team and supervise or guide oncoming bedside staff within the night shift schedule.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- PointClickCare experience
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred
- Ability to work night shift and participate in the two-week rotation, including every-other weekend
- Ability to travel within 100 miles of the facility
