TRAVEL LICENSED NURSING ASSISTANT (LNA) JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a dependable and compassionate Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and support residents with daily living activities in a healthcare setting. The LNA will work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patient comfort, safety, dignity, and quality of care while contributing to positive clinical outcomes.

SHIFT DETAILS
  • Shift Time: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • Meal Break: 30 Minutes
  • Evening Shift
  • Every Other Weekend Commitment Required
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
  • Guaranteed Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
  • Pay Rate: $20.94 - $24.43 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in good standing
  • Current state certification as required
  • Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
  • Measure and document vital signs as directed
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning
  • Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
  • Support nursing staff with routine care tasks
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Follow infection control policies and safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Promote patient dignity, comfort, and independence
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Guaranteed 37 hours per week
  • Competitive pay rate of $20.94 - $24.43 per hour
  • Every other weekend commitment required
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • All requested time off must be approved prior to contract start date
  • State or federal ID required upon arrival
  • Photo badge must be worn at all times
