LICENSED NURSING ASSISTANT (LNA) - VT/NH | LOCAL CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a Local Contract Assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The LNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

POSITION DETAILS

SHIFT DETAILS
  • Shift Time: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
  • Meal Break: 30 Minutes
  • 12.5-Hour Night Shift
  • Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
  • Pay Rate: $16.95 - $19.78 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/licensure in accordance with state requirements
  • Current BLS certification preferred
  • Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care
  • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
  • Support resident mobility, transfers, and repositioning
  • Obtain and document vital signs as directed
  • Observe and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
  • Assist with restorative and supportive care activities
  • Document care provided accurately and timely
  • Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • Competitive pay rate of $16.95 - $19.78 per hour
