Seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a Local Contract Assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The LNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

SHIFT DETAILS
- Shift Time: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- 12.5-Hour Night Shift
- Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $16.95 - $19.78 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/licensure in accordance with state requirements
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Support resident mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Obtain and document vital signs as directed
- Observe and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Assist with restorative and supportive care activities
- Document care provided accurately and timely
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $16.95 - $19.78 per hour
