Shift: Evening Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate:$18.66 - $21.77 Per Hour
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality direct resident care while assisting with daily activities and supporting a safe, comfortable, and positive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Obtain and document vital signs accurately.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Support the nursing team in delivering exceptional resident-centered care.
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required.
- Current BLS Certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Commitment to compassionate and patient-focused care.
