LICENSED NURSING ASSISTANT (LNA) | CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The LNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

POSITION DETAILS

SHIFT DETAILS
  • Shift Time: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
  • Meal Break: 30 Minutes
  • Evening Shift
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
  • Pay Rate:$26.40 - $30.80 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license in good standing
  • Current BLS certification preferred
  • Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
  • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with transfers, mobility, and ambulation
  • Obtain and document vital signs as directed
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
  • Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety
  • Support nursing staff with daily patient care activities
  • Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
  • Follow infection prevention and safety protocols
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Competitive pay rate of $26.40 - $30.80 per hour
