Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person psychiatric assessments and level-of-care assessments across the inpatient behavioral health unit, ED, and medical floors
• Carry a caseload of up to 10 patients per day on the inpatient unit and perform 3-4 consults per day on med floors and the ED
• Provide intake assessments, inpatient therapy, group sessions, and patient check-ins
• Facilitate safety planning and discharge visits
• Maintain family and collateral communication throughout the care process
• Provide de-escalation support and direct patient assistance as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Utah Social Work license required
• BLS certification required
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Ability to be onsite for the full week of orientation, even if initial modules are conducted remotely
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; valid driver's license must be submitted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in inpatient behavioral health settings
• Familiarity with psychiatric assessments and level-of-care evaluation processes
• Experience working in dual-role or cross-unit clinical environments
