Social Worker (Psychotherapist) – Concord, CA | 6-Week Assignment

Location: Concord, CA
Duration: 6 weeks (05/05/2026 – 05/30/2026)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Shift: 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, start time between 7:30–8:00 AM)
Pay Rate: Competitive (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide group therapy to patients with anxiety, mood, substance use, and some psychotic disorders
• Manage a caseload of approximately 8 patients
• Work with higher acuity patients transitioning from or at risk of hospitalization
• Conduct case management sessions (no individual therapy required)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
