This role requires expertise in outpatient therapy and will predominantly involve facilitating psychotherapy and psychotherapeutic skills groups. Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Clinical Therapist- Facilitate psychotherapy and psychotherapeutic skills groups
- Document group sessions in Meditech
- Conduct psychosocial assessments
- Update treatment plans
- Participate in treatment team discussions
- Collaborate on discharge planning
- Conduct safety assessments as needed
Requirements of the Licensed Clinical Therapist- Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California
- Master's degree with at least two years of post-graduation experience
- BLS certification
- Familiarity with CBT and DBT techniques preferred
- Experience in running psychotherapy or skill groups
