Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 20-23 patients within an acute care setting
• Provide social work services across a department that operates 7 days per week, with days off subject to variation
• Float to nearby sister facilities as operationally required
• Participate in holiday coverage, with an expectation to work 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 full year of acute care social work experience required
• Valid state license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Must not be a first-time traveler - prior travel assignment experience is required
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered - total RTO requests should not exceed 7 days
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals accepted under separate terms)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume acute care environment with a large patient caseload
• Familiarity with floating between multiple care settings or facilities
• Strong scheduling flexibility and adaptability to variable shift structures
