All facilities honor an active compact license. Role involves supporting ground transportation needs. Responsibilities include working with a transportation team to transport infants and pediatric patients. The focus is on bringing patients to a higher level of care as needed. Must have experience in ground transportation. Candidates will perform initial evaluations and psychosocial assessments. Documentation of care delivery, plans, and goals is essential. Participation in care conference activities is expected. Candidates will provide crisis intervention and education to patients and caregivers. Case load varies, with responsibilities including verifying caregivers over the phone. Candidates are expected to float between nearby facilities as required. Providers may be asked to participate in scheduling flexibility during assignments. Refusal to float may result in assignment termination. Expected to comply with specific holiday commitments during the contract period. References are required from recent work experiences.
