Travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - $2,000 to $2,100 per week in Seattle, WA

Position: Social Worker – Pre/Post Liver Transplant

Schedule: 5×8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday

Weekend Requirement: No weekends required.

Patient Caseload: Varies; approximately 10 new patients per week.

Work Setting: Primarily outpatient, with inpatient evaluations as needed based on department requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete psychosocial evaluations for pre- and post-liver transplant patients.

• Verify caregivers over the phone.

• Conduct inpatient evaluations as required by departmental needs.
