Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Float between multiple units and ministry departments as needed
  • Conduct acute behavioral health emergent assessments across all age groups, including from the Emergency Department
  • Provide care management services across assigned units
  • Cover day shifts (8:00 AM-4:30 PM) with rotating swing shift coverage in the Emergency Department (approximately 4:00 PM-midnight)
  • Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
Required Qualifications
  • Active Oregon LCSW license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Proficiency or ability to work with Epic charting system
  • Must be available for alternating weekend shifts
  • Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission - post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
  • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience with care management in an acute or hospital-based setting
  • Comfort performing acute behavioral health assessments across all age groups
  • Prior experience floating between multiple departments or facilities
