License: Must have independent mental health licensure. Certifications: Must hold LISW, LPCC, or IMFT. Must-Have: Must have experience working with adolescents who are justice-system involved. Must have completion of continuing professional education for license renewal as per relevant regulations. Description: The Behavioral Health Provider operates under the general supervision of the facility behavioral health services supervisor. In this full-time contract role, you will provide group treatment and one-on-one individual sessions to assigned youth. You will document clinical services provided and provide clinical summaries and updates to the behavioral health supervisor for youth treatment teams. Your work will contribute to positive outcomes and youth well-being within this unique context. You will provide group treatment for youth with court orders or clinically assessed needs. You will conduct individual, one-on-one therapy sessions for assigned youth on the mental health caseload. You will provide clinical summaries and reports of youth progress or barriers to progress. You are responsible for ensuring meticulous completion of all necessary documentation. You will collaborate closely with behavioral health services to facilitate seamless service delivery. Unusual Working Conditions: You may be exposed to clients who may be potentially violent. You may encounter unusual noise, odors, or contagious diseases.
