Travel Clinical Therapist (MSW) – Moreno Valley, CA | 4x10 Evenings
We're seeking an experienced Clinical Therapist (MSW) for a 13-week travel assignment in Moreno Valley, California. Join an Integrated Care Management team supporting patients with behavioral health needs, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and psychiatric legal hold coordination in an acute care hospital.
- Schedule: 4x10s, Friday–Monday
- Shift: Evenings, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active ACSW, APCC, AMFT Intern, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC credential
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience
- Required experience managing psychiatric legal holds (5150, 5250, 5585, TCON, PCON)
- Previous behavioral health or counseling experience preferred
- Epic experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Complete psychosocial assessments for patients on psychiatric legal holds
- Coordinate discharge planning and behavioral health referrals
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing, case management, and community agencies
- Assist with psychiatric placement, conservatorship evaluations, and legal hold transitions
- Support patients with crisis intervention, resource coordination, and continuity of care
