GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Jacksonville, Florida.
Join a leading acute-care hospital as an RN Case Manager in Jacksonville, FL, where you will play a vital role in the treatment and recovery of individuals facing severe injuries or illnesses. This state-of-the-art, 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation facility is dedicated to providing specialized care and rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's needs.
Position Information:
Required Certifications: Current Registered Nurse or Social Work licensure or a Master's or Bachelor's in Social Work, or healthcare professional licensure as a Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Occupational Therapist. Certification in Case Management or Rehabilitation is preferred (e.g., CCM, ARN, ACM, or Board Certification in CM by the ANCC e.g., RN-BC).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of social work or case management experience in an inpatient setting is highly preferred, with acute/rehabilitation hospital experience strongly preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is also strongly preferred.
Must Have Skills/Experience: Basic computer knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written).
Personality Fit: Must be cooperative and have a desire to be a team player.
Required Education: Master's or Bachelor's in Social Work.
