Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) at a leading acute-care hospital in Polson, MT. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a critical access facility where you will provide comprehensive care for mothers and newborns. As a seasoned traveler, you will be expected to float between units and ensure the highest standards of care in a supportive environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Triage, labor, recovery, postpartum care, and newborn care.
• Maintaining patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4, 1:5, and 1:6.
• Utilizing Epic for charting and documentation.

Key requirements include:

• Must be a seasoned traveler with experience in LDRP.
• Availability to work weekends, with shifts equally split amongst staff.
• Must work at least one winter holiday, scheduled in pairs (Thanksgiving + Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas + Christmas Eve, New Year's + New Year's Eve).
