Currently we are searching for Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses for multiple contract roles with an exceptional hospital based out of Loris, SC.

· Start Date: ASAP
· Total gross weekly compensation: $2614
· Travel stipend: $1246 a week
· Night shift: 3x12s - 7 pm - 7:30 am Mon Fri (36 hours plus on call)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Looking for experienced nurses willing to work night shift. Talent will be scheduled 3-12hr shift/ week and 4 -12 hour call shifts in a 6 week period.
· Job responsibilities include assessing the needs of the patients as assigned based on data collected through history, observation, physical examination, and analysis of diagnostic data while also providing appropriate age specific nursing interventions which are consistent with the plan of care and standards of practice.
· Fosters an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion, and respect for patients, families, and visitors.
· Utilizes appropriate health and safety equipment to protect both patients and staff.
· Utilizes standard work in relation to Nursing Sensitive Quality Indicators.
· Contributes to the overall performance of the department through precepting and mentoring novice employees.
· Contributes to the department growth and performance through hospital-system initiatives cultivating nursing involved Evidence Based Practices.
· Demonstrates continued professional growth through setting goals and participating in educational offerings.
· Will float to assist in other like units as needed.
We are currently speaking with candidates who have:
· 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required; fetal monitoring, vaginal exam skills, Pitocin and magnesium drip titrations, circulating cesarean sections and recovery skills desired.
· Active RN in SC or compact required
· BLS and NRP certification required.
