Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring CA licensure and recent L&D experience.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 36 scheduled hours per week
• 13-week assignment length
• Uses EPIC EMR system

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration
• Current BLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BSN and 5+ years of recent L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
• 1 year of high-risk L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
• High-risk OB experience preferred
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting handling routine and high-risk OB cases
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
• Licenses and certifications must be active (not pending) at time of consideration
