Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring an active MN RN license and 2 years of L&D experience.

Details

  • Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital environment
  • Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
  • Required to work every third weekend
  • No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

  • Active MN RN license currently in hand
  • Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
  • Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience required
  • Flu vaccination documentation required with no personal or medical declinations accepted; religious declinations subject to facility review

Additional Information

  • Provide nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit
  • Must work one winter holiday as part of scheduled coverage
  • Prior permanent employees of Avera or Sanford Health systems are not eligible to apply
  • Blocked scheduling and specific scheduling requests are not permitted
