• Hours Per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Weekend/On-Call: Not required; available upon approval
• Floating: May float to MFMU, MOMB, and NICU

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Experience with high-risk obstetric patient care
• Ability to provide immediate newborn care
• Required certifications: NRP, BLS/ALS, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring
• Preferred: Circulating experience in Labor & Delivery or perioperative settings
• Strong communication skills with an outgoing, friendly, and adaptable approach

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and skilled nursing care to laboring patients and newborns
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections in a high-acuity clinical setting
• Support care for D&C, cerclage, and C-hyst procedures
• Monitor fetal status and respond appropriately using electronic fetal monitoring
• Deliver immediate newborn care and support maternal-newborn health outcomes
• Collaborate closely with the charge nurse, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and follow unit policies, workflows, and safety standards
