Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring high-risk L&D and cesarean circulator experience.

• Labor and Delivery unit setting
• High-risk labor and delivery patient population
• Circulator experience for cesarean deliveries required
• Shift schedule: 07:00-19:30 with every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation required alongside regular staff
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Current NRP certification (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)
• Fetal monitoring competency required, either via facility exam or AWHONN/Relias program within the past 2 years
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• High-risk labor and delivery experience required
• Prior travel nurse experience preferred
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Additional Information

• Provide skilled nursing care within a high-risk labor and delivery environment
• Support cesarean delivery procedures as circulator
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on facility location
• Travelers should begin discussing extension with their manager approximately 45 days before assignment end date
• Only one submission permitted per candidate across the health system at a time
