Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Postpartum and antepartum experience required
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Fetal Monitoring certification
• Ability to work nights and adapt to a dynamic maternity care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout the labor and delivery process
• Support patients and families with education, reassurance, and compassionate bedside care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive birth outcomes
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and assist with urgent clinical needs
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain a patient-centered approach while contributing to a supportive care team
