Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN with at least 2 years of L&D experience for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring FL or compact RN licensure.

Details

  • Work in the LDRP unit of a hospital setting
  • 13-week assignment with night shift hours (18:45-07:15)
  • 36 scheduled hours per week
  • Every other weekend rotation required
  • Required to work two of three major holidays

Requirements

  • Active FL or compact RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
  • BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA)
  • NRP certification preferred (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)
  • Ascension Fetal Monitoring certification required, or AWHONN/Relias equivalent completed within the past 2 years
  • Current license and Nursys primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
  • Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Additional Information

  • Provide skilled nursing care within the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit
  • Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate that varies by location
  • Travelers should discuss assignment extension with their manager approximately 45 days before the end date
  • Only one submission permitted per Ascension position system-wide
