Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Experience caring for high-risk obstetric patients
• Ability to provide immediate newborn care in the delivery setting
• Circulating experience preferred
• Current BLS and ALS certification
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Adaptable, friendly, and outgoing personality preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Support procedures such as D&C, cerclage, and C-hyst as needed
• Monitor fetal status using electronic fetal monitoring equipment
• Deliver immediate newborn care and support during delivery
• Collaborate with charge nurses, technicians, and the clinical care team
• Float to MFMU, MOMB, and NICU based on unit needs and patient care demands
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit policies and standards
