Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery Ukiah. The position delivers coordinated nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. The role also supervises assigned nursing staff and coordinates care across disciplines in a safe, patient-centered environment.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; labor experience; Level II nursery experience; neonatal intensive care experience; intermediate fetal monitoring proficiency.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); acute care facility experience; postpartum experience.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 11.5 hours per shift, minimum 34.5 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Provides comprehensive nursing care by collecting and analyzing patient data, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating outcomes, coordinating care delivery, promoting a safe environment, educating patients and families, participating in discharge planning, and appropriately delegating duties to healthcare team members.
