Labor and Delivery Nurse in Helena, Montana. This position involves providing specialized obstetric and neonatal care within the labor and delivery department. The role requires active engagement in patient monitoring, assisting with deliveries, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal maternal and fetal outcomes.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per day, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and STABLE certification; active applicable licenses and certifications must be on file at submission; all certifications must be current and active.
  • Experience: Two years of obstetric and labor and delivery experience required; OB experience with operating room circlator experience preferred.
  • EMR: Epic electronic medical record experience required.
  • Additional Information: Floating to medical-surgical units, intensive care units, emergency rooms, or assisting with stable adult overflow patients or sitters may occur occasionally. Hospital provides scrubs in ciel blue. All demographic information, including address, email, date of birth, social security number, and full name, must be provided at the time of submission.
  • Schedule requests and time-off considerations must be included at submission; requests cannot be approved after submission. 200-mile radius rule applies.
