Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) in a facility located in Durant. This position involves providing care during the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases for patients pregnant over 20 weeks. The role requires critical thinking, leadership, and adherence to hospital policies to ensure the safe delivery of obstetrical care. The RN will be responsible for managing a patient ratio of 1:1 or 2:1, with floating to post-partum or nursery units as needed.

Patient ratio is 1:1 or 2:1. There is no call requirement. Floating to post-partum or nursery units is required. Blocked schedule and GHS accommodations are not available. The RN will oversee care during the obstetric phases, demonstrating clinical competency, critical thinking, and leadership.
