Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Specialty Nurse regarding the Labor and Delivery Department in Michigan. This position involves supporting the clinical care of patients in the labor and postpartum phase, adhering to the organizations clinical interview process. The successful candidate will provide safe and compassionate patient care in a Level I maternity setting, working during night shifts and every other weekend.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Two years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Level I experience in labor, delivery, postpartum, and nursery care is required. Valid certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), STABLE, and Association of Womens Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN). Candidate must hold active state licenses in Michigan.
