Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse in ISSAQUAH, Washington, supporting an organization dedicated to high-quality obstetric care. The position involves providing specialized nursing services in a busy Labor and Delivery Department, attending all deliveries, including high-risk cases, with a focus on maternal and neonatal safety and comfort.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting from 09/14/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Valid compact state license, at least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery, certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and AWHONN Intermediate. Epic experience required; ACLS preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as ACLS are preferred but not required.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required to Post-Partum and other units based on skill set.
  • Additional Information:
    Candidates must have experience with blood and blood products administration, high-risk deliveries, epidural and PCA pump management, plus familiarity with special procedures such as cardioversion, cooling/warming blankets, and wound vacs. The role involves attending high-risk deliveries, GYN surgeries, and managing various obstetric and neonatal care procedures.
  • Submission Requirements: Candidates should answer whether they have previously worked at a Providence facility in any capacity, providing location and dates. Two references covering 1 year (or 6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years are required.
