Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring TN or compact RN licensure and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification.

Details

  • Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit
  • Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Requirements

  • Active TN or compact RN license required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience
  • BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
  • Intermediate or advanced AWHONN fetal monitoring certification required, or NCCEFM
  • NRP Advanced 9th Edition certification required
  • No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
  • No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
  • US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
  • One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Provide skilled nursing care to laboring patients in the Labor & Delivery department
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
