Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery (L&D) specialty position is located in Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves providing patient care in the Labor and Delivery Department during night shifts. The position requires a skilled healthcare professional capable of managing labor and delivery processes in a fast-paced environment, supporting patient safety and comfort.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including Evenings, Overnights, and Weekends / Holidays. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification(s) or license(s) in relevant healthcare field, a minimum of 1 year of experience in labor and delivery, and current practice in the state of Iowa.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in obstetric or neonatal care are preferred.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: This role involves working in the Labor and Delivery Department, requiring strong clinical skills, adherence to SOPs, and collaborative patient care.
