Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Dickson, Tennessee. This role involves providing specialized care in a comprehensive maternity unit with a focus on labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care. The candidate will work night shifts in a busy, well-staffed unit that boasts a team of highly experienced nurses.

- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification, NRP certification, Fetal Monitoring training, at least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing, experience with postpartum and neonatal assessments, and ability to labor and recover the mother as well as transition and assess the newborn.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and OB emergencies, and familiarity with inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil).
- Certifications: BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Fetal Monitoring training.
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The unit has 6 highly experienced registered nurses with approximately 30 years of experience each; they serve as excellent resources and preceptors. The unit features advanced equipment, such as fetal monitoring systems, infant warmers, and tele-med technology. The staff is collaborative, and the unit functions as a cohesive team. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience across labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care settings.
