Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position located in an obstetrical care department. This role involves providing comprehensive care during the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of Obstetrics (OB) to patients, utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Acts and hospital policies and procedures. The nurse demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, leadership, and maintains clinical competencies through continuing education.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, 2+ years of experience including prior travel experience; no local applicants accepted
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working specifically within Labor and Delivery (L&D) departments, certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or similar is a plus
  • Additional Information: The role requires leadership in patient care, delegation, and supervision of assigned personnel. All travel submissions must meet experience criteria specified. This position is for coverage during leave, with a start date of 10/05/2026 and end date of 12/26/2026.
