Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate maternal and newborn care in a dynamic L&D setting
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout the labor and delivery process
• Assist with deliveries and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe outcomes
• Educate and reassure patients and families throughout the birthing experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
